Stage 2: We Take Your Stress

We do this by providing an obligation-free environment. No-one wants to be pressured into buying anything. We want you to be comfortable, relaxed and confident in the decisions that you make.

When the price is given we stick to it, there are no nasty surprises. The only other costs which may occur (and we advise you about these in advance and seek confirmation from you first) are:

When we purchase fabrics or notions on your behalf - the total is simply added onto your total bill and a copy of the receipt is provided for you

Any handsewing hours - this might be (for example) hand-sewing lace onto your wedding dress fabric. We always quote the hours to you first (so you know what the bill is going to be), and charged at our standard hourly rate + GST.

After this, you confirm your order, we take a deposit from yo, so we can begin the order. Then we take your measurements and completi your personalised Client Portfolio, which is yours to keep.

This Portfolio contains the documents relating to your order, including the illustrations of your garment, and it acts as a perfect storage place for all your other ideas, fabric samples, and inspirations. We use this on our Fabric Shopping trip.
