Private Tutoring Lessons

Malcolm Design offers private tutoring lessons on a one-on-one basis so you can get the best opportunity to learn. We teach at your pace, not ours, so you can take the time to make sure you get a full understanding of what is being taught.

Some clients use these sessions as a hobby, others use it for personal ‘time out' or for an ‘escape.' Ask as many questions as you like, be relaxed and have a good time. After all, you are there to enjoy yourself!

                                                                       

What We Teach

We teach patternmaking, sewing and sketching skills (so you can portray your garments clearly and realistically on paper). Skill levels taught can range from basics to advanced levels. We use a few basic tools, such as body outlines, to improve accuracy and interpretation.

 

How Long Are The Sessions?

Sessions can be either one or two hours and are held at our premises in Birkenhead, (North Shore, Auckland). The times for each lesson are flexible to suit you, and are usually carried out after hours and in the weekends.
