GARMENT DESCRIPTION
This lovely halter neck evening dress is made of a lurex knit fabric and is soft and flowing when worn.
The halter neck has a tall "scrunched" collar with self-covered buttons at the back of the neck. The keyhole opening at the back enhances the allure of the dress.
The flared hem is decorated by a feminine gathered frill sewn onto the lining of the dress, creating a double layered effect.
