DESCRIPTION

This classic skirt is designed to be worn with either a jacket or a simple top, and is meant to be the feature of the ensemble.

The body of the skirt is designed to be slimming yet flatter the curves of the wearer and ‘forgive’ a little around the waistline.

The ruffle hem has several layers of black and white cotton, so it flicks up and floats around when moving around, allowing you to see the multitude of layers underneath.
