DESCRIPTION
This wonderful flirtatious Scottish wedding dress was inspired by the thistle and brightly coloured tartan. The dress was made so the tartan underskirt could be gathered up by the brooch, and show off the colourful tartan underneath.
The shaped and pleated bust cups create a “wench look” and is complimented by the tartan corset-style bust. The back has been corseted and is laced with the same tartan fabric, over a contrasting placket.
Fitted just below the bust and silhouetting the figure at the waistline and hips, allows the best shape of the wearer to show.
The netting underskirt has over 20m of soft bridal netting and stiff netting, and when worn under the dress, look like layers of petticoats and create a wonderful bell shape.
