Waistcoat: Polyester duchess satin (outer layers & lining) with two calico interlinings
Corset: Blue polyester duchess satin with black beaded embroidered tulle overlay
Skirt: Over 30m of nylon netting (combination of stiff & soft) with satin waistband & calico lining
GARMENT DESCRIPTION
This incredible ensemble is made of three layers, the sculpted waistcoat, fitted strapless corset and large, layered netting skirt.
Made to accentuate the wearer's hour-glass figure, the fitted waistcoat is fully boned with side splits at the hemline so it rests perfectly on the skirt. Also adorning it is an elongated halter neck collar, deep scooped back and beaded buttons which imitate a front closure.
The corset underneath is overlaid with stunning beaded embroidered tulle, giving it a rich, luxurious look. Built to fit perfectly under the waistcoat, it allows the "poof" of the skirt to flare out from under it for a dramatic effect. It can easily be worn separately for day or evening wear.
The net skirt finishes this glamorous and sophisticated ensemble. The multi-layered hem lengths and slightly longer train soften the skirt, allowing it to sway softly when walking. Surprisingly light to wear, the skirt is the best feature of the wearer's "dream wedding dress."
