2008 Westpac Business Excellence Awards
These awards were the same as the previous year's program, and Malcolm Design were competing against even more companies in the North Shore, all of whom are much bigger in size than Malcolm Design is. The number of this year's entries was the largest yet, at 115 entrants who contributed towards the awards.
"Judges reported that the quality of entries was the highest they have ever seen and the finalist selection decision was particularly challenging. Competition for places as finalists was particularly tight."
We were informed that our entry in the Flo2Cash Excellence in Service Delivery Award was of such a high standard that the Judges selected us for an Awards Commendation Certificate. So we did fantastically well to achieve this, especially as this category was the most challenging one to win a placing in. Check out their website www.ens.org.nz for more details.

So What Else Did We Achieve That Year?
Malcolm Design was nominated as the Designer of Choice for the 'Black Tie' Gala Dinner, held at the North Harbour Stadium in Albany, on Thursday 28th August 2008. Winners of each category will be announced at the event. These North Shore awards "continue to be a major highlight of the North Shore business year as we celebrate the quality and effort of all our City's businesses."
